Shipping/Collection Info
We use Evri for our shipping. Shipping takes 2-3 days once dispatched. An email will be sent once Items have been dispatched.
In the rare case of Evri failing to deliver your parcel or loose your parcel please contact us so we can start a loss claim with Evri.

Refunds and Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day your items are delivered to return the Items.
Returns are eligible for returns if the items are in the same condition as they were when recieved. They should be unused and in its original packaging.
If a return is needed please email [email protected] or use the 'Contact Us' tab on our website to decide if you are eligible for a refund.
When sending a return email please include:
-Proof of purchase , Items being returned and reasons for return.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returning item and KTBstudios is not resposible for the loss of such returned parcel is not properly tracked.
